Mango Man keeps the family close with the Candid Fall / Winter 2021 collection

Mango Man — the Barcelona-born menswear offspring of the Mango imprint — present Family portraits, their brand new campaign for Fall / Winter ’21, which celebrates unity and friendliness with a range of clean wardrobe essentials.

Mango Man shines a light on its new season with candid photographs featuring seven real families from around the Mediterranean, each of them sharing stories emphasizing the beauty of different family dynamics. While Mango Man of course focuses on men’s clothing, the family aspect of this intimate and heartwarming campaign invites other Mango franchises into the fold. From mothers, siblings, to fathers, grandmothers and some couples too, every intersection between their different relationships comes together as they wear pieces from the AW21 collection.

The García family is presented as three generations: Devyn, his mother and his grandmother. Clark siblings – Bronte, Carter and Darcy – stand next to their mother, Caroline Barton, while the Dia family introduce themselves as brothers Alpha and Ousseynou and their grandmother, Birane. Elsewhere, Clément Chabernaud – presented as the head of his family – is accompanied by his brother and his father. There are also two couples: Julia Bergshoeff and Camille Tanoh, and Gigi Ringel and Eeva Lioni. Finally, sisters Ashley Radjarme and Shirley Radjarme complete the family ties deeply rooted in this refined range.

Mango Man’s must-have menswear pieces arrive in neutral colors of beige, black and white, with classic pieces such as overcoats and work jackets giving the new collection a sophisticated touch. Denim and slacks arrive in well-fitted cuts, while pieces such as the off-white turtleneck and flight jacket are the perfect transitional pieces for the season, with the silhouette’s cuts adding to the tall look and feel. range.

The collection goes beyond a strong new aesthetic, with Mango Man increasing its commitment to sustainability by using sustainable banner ads for the very first time. Intended for display in Madrid and Barcelona, the PVC-free banner reduces the environmental impact of the recycling process. PURETi – an inorganic nano-glue – will also be used throughout each regional installation process, the film purifying the contaminated air in cities on contact while reducing indirect greenhouse gases and particles that cause the smog in the atmosphere to improve the air quality in every mango location across Europe.
