Igloo launches new Playmate coolers inspired by legendary rapper The Notorious BIG

KATY, Texas–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Today, Igloo has released two Playmate coolers as a tribute to The Notorious BIG, the legend who almost single-handedly reinvented East Coast hip-hop in the early 90s. Featuring original Biggie-inspired artwork, the Party Playmate Elite and the Mo’ Money Playmate Pal are available today at igloocoolers.com/biggie.

“Designing a unique collection of Playmate coolers that pays homage to the Notorious BIG has been a huge honor,” said Brian Garofalow, Chief Marketing Officer at Igloo. “We were able to get creative with our artwork and incorporate some of Biggie’s most recited songs; a cool way for fans to show their appreciation for the legendary rapper.

Igloo designed the special edition Notorious BIG Playmate coolers with custom graphics inspired by the iconic rapper. The 16-quart Party Playmate Elite features a creative twist on the classic Playmate logo – instead of “Playmate”, the logo in the same font reads “Party & Bullsh*t”. And in the beloved lyricist’s ode, the 7-quart Mo’ Money Playmate Pal features playful artwork, including Biggie-themed $100 bills.
