For this week’s Don’t DillyDally, we discovered a mix of spring-appropriate finds: Otherland released a collection of candles inspired by Secret Gardens, Hedley and Bennett teamed up with Rifle Paper Co. on floral aprons, and Mansur Gavriel debuted oversized tie-dye totes.
Zara and Barbie have joined forces on a collection, and as you can imagine, it is very pink. The collection includes a tracksuit, a long sleeve shirt with logo and this t-shirt, which comes in white and blue, each with a different Barbie and slogan. We think blue would look nice with jeans, reminding us that Barbie is, in fact, a style icon.
Candle maker Statusy Otherland recently released their Garden Party collection. They call the collection a vision of the secret garden. Floral and springtime scents abound, with lily of the valley, orange blossom and golden daffodils, and each candle design features a collage of scent notes inside.
Le Creuset has revisited MLB the strategists’ favorite casserole dish. The Limited Edition Collection casts the classic 7.25 liter oven in the official Yankee Blue colors with the team logo embossed on the lid. The capsule collection includes three more of the league’s most iconic teams, the Chicago Cubs, Boston Red Sox and LA Dodgers.
For their first cleanser since Milky jelly (a favorite of teens and Alexa Chung), Glossier released Cleanser Concentrate. While Milky Jelly is praised for its softness, the Cleansing Concentrate is intended to deeply cleanse the skin by exfoliating and clarifying it. It does this through plant extracts like grape ferment and lactic acid (exfoliators) as well as chamomile and calendula, which work to soothe and calm the skin.
After making a lot of brightly colored fishnet underwear, Parade expanded into bralettes. The two styles available, scoop and triangle, are designed to provide comfortable support. As with underwear, bras go up to a size 3X (which is a 42F) and are available in a variety of eye-catching hues. Because the brand’s underwear is so popular, we expect it to go away quickly, so if you see something you like, don’t worry.
Hedley & Bennett teamed up with stationery and engraving company Rifle Paper Co. collection of floral aprons suitable for the time of year. The collection includes three of Rifle Paper’s most iconic designs and comes in adult and kids sizes.
For their second collaboration with Tea Towels, Great Jones has teamed up with lawyer and author Meena Harris. The limited edition 100% cotton towel duo features a multi-colored ‘I’m Cooking’ graphic print. We believe conversation starters are kitchen decor.
State Bicycle Co. and the Grateful Dead recently collaborated on a collection of bike and bicycle accessories including jerseys, tie-dyed saddles, foot straps and those cycling caps, which come in a range of colors and are expected to start shipping in mid-May.
If you want your tie-dye to be more understated, Mansur Gavriel recently released these hand-dyed pastel bags, made from Italian lambskin and featuring a raw interior. Each tote comes with a removable pouch to hold your odds and ends, and because every tote is hand-dyed, no two are the same.
The strategist is designed to present the most useful and expert recommendations for what products to buy in the broad landscape of e-commerce. Some of our latest wins include the best acne treatments, rolling luggage, pillows for side sleepers, natural remedies for anxiety, and bath towels. We update links where possible, but note that offers may expire and all prices are subject to change.
